Saratoga Community Access Television is a non-profit organization responsible for operating the Public, Educational, and Government Access channels for the community of Saratoga.
Under the guidance of the Saratoga Community Access Cable Television Foundation, we provide facilities, training and support to members of the community who wish to use this medium for the free expression of ideas. We seek to diversify the voices heard, educate the uninformed, embrace the disenfranchised, convert the cynical and entertain the inscrutable. |
