Saratoga Community Access Television is a non-profit organization responsible for operating the Public, Educational, and Government Access channels for the community of Saratoga. We provide facilities, training, and support to members of the community who wish to use this medium for the free expression of ideas under the guidance of the Saratoga Community Access Cable Television Foundation. We actively seek to record the events happening in Saratoga and provide these recordings to the citizens of Saratoga.
KSAR15 is available on television through Comcast cable channel 15 in the City of Saratoga and AT&T UVerse channel 99 in the SF Bay region. It is available on the internet through our www.ksar15.org website.

The Community Bulletin Board is a televised page, which announces events within Saratoga and across the Silicon Valley. It informs viewers of various organizations, news and concerns that may affect the community in any way.
With an emphasis on local programming, we provide our community with:
Broadcasting of locally produced video programs of community interest, Access to our facilities, Coverage of local live events and government meetings, and Assistance to non-profit organizations in producing and airing public service announcements to get your message out to the community.

The community access channel and its associated resources and facilities are important for Saratoga citizens to identify more closely with their city and community. KSAR records and archives the activities of Saratoga to maintain a record of the rich history of the city. We hope our work will allow the citizens to take pride in their community.
