Saratoga Community Access Television is a non-profit organization responsible for operating the Public, Educational, and Government Access channels for the community of Saratoga. We provide facilities, training, and support to members of the community who wish to use this medium for the free expression of ideas under the guidance of the Saratoga Community Access Cable Television Foundation. We actively seek to record the events happening in Saratoga and provide these recordings to the citizens of Saratoga.

The Community Bulletin Board is a televised page, which announces events within Saratoga and across the Silicon Valley. It informs viewers of various organizations, news and concerns that may affect the community in any way.
