City Council: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Planning Commission: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
The Saratoga Community Access Cable TV Foundation is a non-profit organization responsible for operating the public, educational, and government access channels for the community of Saratoga. Serving Saratoga since 1986, the Foundation operates two cable channels: KSAR15 and KEDU26. Channel 15 is used for educational programming. Our two cable channels serve to inform and entertain our community with non-profit, local programming and government affairs, as well as providing the educational, arts and distance learning .
